Description
According to the found papers, we could eventually predict epileptic seizures using surface EMGs, whose accuracy has been compared to that of EEGs. The increase in the amount of HFs has proved to be a signal of an incoming seizure, which would not be too challenging to implement. This does not require the use of Machine Learning algorithms so it is feasable. It does, however, put accelerometers in perspective, which would be more accurate but do not allow the feature of prediction we so desire.
